We operate a group check in facility, where we welcome you whilst we confirm all arrangements. Our usual time is from 2pm with prior arrangement we may be able to bring this forward.
On a Sunday we can, with prior arrangement, extend our usual check out from 11am, or at least arrange for your luggage to be stored.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of the reservation being confirmed. Confirmation for the booking will be sent upon receipt of the 25% deposit. An additional non-refundable 50% of the balance will be required 6 weeks prior to arrival. The final balance is required 3 weeks prior to arrival. Group T&C’s apply. We can provide a range of refreshments for you either as your meal for the evening or to have some together snacks before you head out into the city.
We will wherever possible place groups in rooms on the same floor and close to each other for your convenience.
We are able to include a range of discount vouchers, queue jumping tickets and complimentary admission tickets / wrist bands to a number of bars, clubs, venues and cultural attractions in the city, subject to availability.
